MIMI Chinese in Miami Beach has launched a new Late Night Menu, offering a curated prix-fixe selection available daily after 9PM. Developed by MICHELIN Guide Young Chef Award winner David Schwartz and the team at Big Hug Hospitality, the $55 menu extends the restaurant’s regional Chinese dining experience into late evening hours.
The three-course menu includes a choice of appetizers, mains, sides, and dessert. Diners can begin with either the Smacked Cucumber Salad or the Crossed Arm Chicken Dumplings, followed by a main of Firecracker Chicken, House Char Siu, or Hunan Chili Sea Bass. Side dish selections include Green Scallion Fried Rice, Stir Fried Rice Rolls, or Stir Fried Greens. For dessert, guests can end their meal with either Steamed Cake or Black Sesame Cheesecake.
This offering aligns with the late-night dining habits of South Beach while maintaining the restaurant’s attention to regional Chinese flavours and technique.
