Kura Sushi USA Inc. has debuted a Snow Crab California Roll, featuring sustainably sourced snow crab from Canadian Pacific waters, creamy avocado, Kura specialty sushi rice, dried seaweed and sesame.
The roll features firmer, fibrous snow crab with lightly sweet notes, paired with creamy avocado for a savory, well-balanced taste. The roll is available in-restaurant, online pickup and delivery.
