Gracious Hospitality Management has announced plans to open COTE Vegas, the brand’s first West Coast concept in 2025. Located at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas, the Michelin-starred Korean steakhouse, recently named North America’s Best Steakhouse by World’s 101 Best Steak Restaurants, will debut early next year as a part of the resort’s $1.5 billion reinvestment project, which will touch nearly every facet of the legendary resort – from groundbreaking entertainment venues to new culinary concepts to renovated suites.

The Venetian Resort Las Vegas brings Venice Beach to the Strip with opening of Gjelina
The Venetian Resort Las Vegas has unveiled plans to add beloved Venice Beach produce-forward concept, Gjelina to its illustrious food and beverage offerings later this year. This Vegas outpost marks the third restaurant location for Gjelina, a SoCal staple renowned nationally for its locally sourced dishes. Gjelina joins the resort’s collection of more than thirty restaurants which include chef-driven concepts from a stacked roster of industry veterans such as Thomas Keller, Wolfgang Puck, and Tetsuya Wakuda, as well as Lorena Garcia, Emeril Lagasse, and Eyal Shani.
