Located in the luxurious Conrad Fort Lauderdale Beach, Vitolo offers a blend of traditional Italian and American flavors. Executive chef and co-owner Anthony Vitolo, who also runs Emilio’s Ballato in Manhattan, delivers an elevated dining experience. Fans can enjoy iconic dishes like Pollo Al Parmigiana or Mianese, both featuring tender breaded chicken topped with tomato sauce and buffalo mozzarella, reminiscent of Taylor’s favorite NYC spots.
