Meraki Brooklyn in New York City has unveiled a new outdoor patio and launched a happy hour menu, bringing authentic Greek flavours to Williamsburg. Located at 252 Grand Street, the restaurant offers a cozy year-round patio space where guests can enjoy Mediterranean dining in a relaxed, al fresco setting. The Brooklyn location, part of the Meraki Hospitality Group, builds on the success of its South Florida counterparts with a commitment to Greek tradition and warm hospitality.

Executive Chef Giannis Kotsos has curated a menu featuring classic Greek dishes like Moussaka, Aegean Chicken, and Creta Seafood Pasta, with family-style platters known as “Poikilies” designed for sharing. The emphasis on fresh, Mediterranean ingredients ensures each dish reflects the restaurant’s Greek roots.

The beverage menu highlights all-Greek wines, with selections from renowned winemakers and micro-wineries. A range of Greek beers complements the wine list, including both familiar favourites and new brews from local microbreweries.
Meraki Brooklyn’s happy hour, available on weekdays, offers a selection of Greek appetizers for $7 each, including mussels, calamari, spanakopita, and honey-sesame cheese puffs. Guests can also enjoy house wines for $8 a glass and Greek beers for $4, making it an inviting option for after-work gatherings.
With white curtains, rustic wood floors, and a bar adorned with bougainvillea, the restaurant’s decor evokes the feel of a traditional Greek taverna. The outdoor patio extends that experience, offering an ideal space for enjoying Mediterranean cuisine throughout all seasons.
Meraki Brooklyn is open from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 4 p.m. to 11 p.m. on Fridays, and 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. on weekends. The restaurant also offers catering and private event services for those planning special occasions.
