The new dinner menu introduces luxurious offerings like the Million Dollar Baked Potato, topped with Ossetra caviar and crème fraîche. Bacon-Wrapped Diver Scallops feature a grain mustard glaze, while Hand-Cut Beef Tenderloin Tartare is served with truffle kettle chips. Other highlights include Escargots en Croûte in garlic-parsley butter and Rack of Lamb with herb-roasted potatoes and pistachio pesto. A new Surf & Turf pairs 8 oz filet mignon with crab-stuffed prawns, while the Crab-Stuffed Local Snapper is served with whipped potatoes and tomato lobster sauce.
