During my visit to MOD Pizza’s Lynwood WA location, we went with the “Build Your Own” option and paired it with a Caesar salad.

The variety of toppings available were decent from classic pepperoni and mushrooms to more unique options like roasted garlic and artichokes. The thin crust was a perfect base, offering just the right amount of crunch without being too heavy.

As I went through the line, I appreciated how the staff were attentive and didn’t skimp on the toppings. The pizza was quickly cooked in their stone oven, ensuring that the crust was crispy and the toppings were hot and melted together beautifully. We had a half pepperoni and half cheese MOD 11′ pizza.

We also ordered a Caesar salad, which was reasonably fresh and crisp. The portion size was OK, and the dressing had a balance of creamy and tangy flavors. The croutons were crunchy, adding a nice texture to the salad.

The atmosphere at MOD Pizza is casual and relaxed, making it a great spot for a quick bite. The build-your-own pizza option is perfect for those who like to have control over their meal, and the Caesar salad was a good complement to the pizza. The service was quick and efficient, even during a busy time, which added to the overall positive experience.
I would definitely return to MOD Pizza, especially for the flexibility in creating a pizza just the way I like it.
