The newly opened Sales Pavilion for The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Miami, was celebrated with a star-studded event featuring culinary experts from across the globe. Mandarin Oriental’s renowned chefs gathered for a gastronomic showcase, reflecting the brand’s dedication to global culinary excellence.

World-Class Chefs Present at the Event
The event featured some of the most acclaimed chefs from Mandarin Oriental’s international properties:
Antonio Guida is the mastermind behind two-Michelin-starred Seta at Mandarin Oriental, Milan. He also leads Talea by Antonio Guida, a Michelin-starred Italian restaurant at Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental, Abu Dhabi, and the newly opened ORSINI at Mandarin Oriental Savoy, Zurich.
Richard Ekkebus, the award-winning chef of Amber, a renowned French fine-dining restaurant at The Landmark Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong, brought his Michelin-starred expertise to the table. Amber has earned both two Michelin stars and a Michelin Green Star for sustainability.
Dominique Bugnand is the Executive Chef at Mandarin Oriental, Bangkok, where he oversees the hotel’s extensive culinary operations, including 13 food and beverage outlets. Among them is the Michelin-starred Le Normandie, which was featured at the Miami event.
Chanel Adams, the Mixologist and Bar Manager at The Bamboo Bar at Mandarin Oriental, Bangkok, added her creative cocktail expertise to the mix. Known as Bangkok’s first jazz bar, The Bamboo Bar was named the Best Bar in Thailand and ranked No. 11 in Asia’s 50 Best Bars.
Devender Kumar, Mixologist and Assistant General Manager at The Aubrey, located at Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong, showcased his expertise in crafting exceptional drinks. The Aubrey is celebrated as one of Asia’s 50 Best Bars and is known for its unique Japanese izakaya experience.
